The location is stunning and we loved the opportunity to explore the estate. We felt this was particularly excellent for families with the opportunity to learn about nature and the biodiversity in the area. It is very dog friendly and indeed our dog was so relaxed he hardly barked at all during his stay. Came home feeling relaxed and wanting to return again soon.
We’ve stayed previously and love the cottages and the location. The cottage has everything we needed with instructions for cooker, shower, etc. Ruth and Jon were there if we needed them but were happy leave us to relax and enjoy or holiday.
We really enjoyed being able to take a tour of the grounds after dinner too. We will happily return and we can’t say better than that.
We really enjoyed our stay in such a beautiful, tranquil setting. We felt very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Our dogs loved the space in the cottage to stretch out, and private garden. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely book again.
Great location and lovely grounds. As stated on your website, very dog friendly. So good having a secure garden. Beautifully kept surroundings.
